Dr. Ernesto Mendez, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

I’m Ernesto Mendez, a physical therapist with over ten years of experience helping people move better, feel better, and get back to what they love.

I graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and am a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). My advanced training includes manual therapy, dry needling, high-velocity low-amplitude (HVLAT) techniques, and individualized exercise and sports performance programming.

I believe physical therapy should be personal, hands-on, and focused on the individual—not just the diagnosis. My goal is to listen, understand what matters to you, and give you the tools and confidence to take an active role in your recovery.

I’m also passionate about teaching and mentoring physical therapists, sharing the knowledge, clinical reasoning, and experience I’ve gained throughout my career.
